If you encounter network problems when using the Lenovo machine, there are several things you can check before consulting the troubleshooting section.
- Make sure you have checked the following:

The power cord is connected correctly and the Lenovo machine is turned on.
The access point (for wireless), router, or hub is turned on and its link button is blinking.
All protective packaging, including all tape and all protective parts has been removed from the machine.
The toner cartridge and drum unit are installed correctly.
The top cover is fully closed.
Paper is inserted correctly in the paper tray.
(For wired networks) A network cable is securely connected to the Lenovo machine and the router or hub.
